Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of onlylooksexpensive.com and ReleaseOps. By using either service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The services

Only Looks Expensive publishes home-decor guidance and links to third-party retailers. ReleaseOps is a desktop workspace that helps creators and authorized collaborators prepare, review, schedule, and deliver original social media content through supported platform tools.

Accounts and authorization

You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and social accounts, reviewing the selected destination, and revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, releases, and licenses needed to upload and publish it, including any music, people, products, trademarks, and sponsored or affiliate material it contains. You authorize ReleaseOps to transmit content and related fields only when you initiate or approve that action.

Platform rules

Your use of TikTok and other connected services remains subject to their own terms, policies, limits, review processes, and technical availability. ReleaseOps does not guarantee that a platform will accept, schedule, process, display, or publish any item. Creator Inbox deliveries may require you to finish the post inside the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or account permissions; distribute malware or deceptive material; evade security controls; or send content to an account without its owner's authorization.

Third-party links and purchases

The website may link to retailers and other third parties. Product availability, price, delivery, returns, warranties, and retailer data are controlled by those third parties. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our Disclosure.

Local data and backups

ReleaseOps stores operational data on the operator's computer. You are responsible for device access, backups, internet availability, and keeping the application running when a local scheduled action is due.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the service. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date on this page.

Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, platform approval, commercial results, or the accuracy of third-party information. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for actions taken by a connected platform, retailer, account owner, or unauthorized user of your device.
